Terms of Sales

                These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply automatically, without restriction or reservation, to any rental of accommodation or bare pitches on the grounds of Camping Les Flots Bleus in Piriac-sur-Mer. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions, prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays (the GCS are available for download on the website and available on prior request. ). They can also be obtained by simple written request addressed to Camping Les Flots Bleus 16 rue du Mané 44420 Piriac-sur-Mer (provide stamp for the answer). They do not apply to rentals of pitches intended for the reception of mobile leisure residences (mobile homes) which are the subject of a “leisure” contract.

1 – SOME DEFINITIONS:

THE MANAGER or Camping Les Flots Bleus 

The CUSTOMER: The non-professional camper customer

MOBILE HOME:  or rental, accommodation rented by Camping Les Flots Bleus for the CLIENT(S)

"BARE" PITCH: comfort or high comfort pitch, for tent, caravan, van or motorhome.

 

2 – DEFINITION AND RESERVATION OF RENTAL ACCOMMODATION OR “BARE” PITCH:

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ 2.1. Bare pitch: this is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan, van or motorhome. The maximum number of people (child or adult) is 6 per pitch.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     Your stay is calculated from a basic package which includes 1 tent, caravan, van or camper pitch, i.e. a vehicle, electricity, 1 to 2 adults, + access to reception facilities, playground and toilets.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     Additional costs are not included in the package and will be added to the latter: additional person (child and/or adult), additional vehicle, trailer, motorcycle, pets, tourist tax, equipment rental etc.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the deposit.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     Arrival/departure: included from 12 p.m. to 12 p.m. Any plot not released at 2 p.m. will result in automatic invoicing of an additional night.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     2.2. Rental accommodation: Arrival from 4 p.m. // departure between 8 and 10 a.m. Any rental not released by 11 a.m. will result in automatic billing for an additional night.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_       The rental price includes the provision of the mobile home and its equipment. The number of occupants must not exceed that mentioned in the contract, child and baby included. (The sofa in the living room cannot be used for sleeping under any circumstances). All our mobile homes are non-smoking.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the deposit.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     In the event of the need for the intervention of technical personnel in a rental (repair or maintenance), the tenant will accept the disturbance that may be caused, without being able to claim any compensation or indemnity.

The CUSTOMER's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price. This tax of €0.20 for people over 18 is collected by the campsite from customers, then paid by the campsite to the Town Hall of Piriac-sur-Mer. The security deposit (deposit) is based on the type of rental with equipment as well as the cleaning deposit also depending on the rental and will be returned on the day of your arrival. An inventory of fixtures will be made and to be signed when the keys are handed over and at the time of departure. For rentals, appointments for the inventory of fixtures are to be taken by the client the day before departure. They are possible between 8 and 10 am. Security deposits will be destroyed 3 days after your departure. The invoicing of any damage will be deducted from the security deposit, as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. The vaccination record is imperative, under penalty of refusal. Under no circumstances will he be left alone in the rental or on the pitch. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     2.4. In accordance with the provisions of Article L.113-3 of the Consumer Code and Articles L.211-8 and L.211-9 of the Tourism Code, these general conditions are made available to any CLIENT, at for information purposes and prior to

the conclusion of any mobile home rental contract or reservation of a pitch. They can also be obtained by simple written request addressed to Camping Les Flots Bleus, (with stamped envelope for the reply).

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     2.6. The CUSTOMER reserves, by e-mail, by telephone or sometimes at reception. Any reservation of MOBILE HOME, and of “bare” pitch, implies express acceptance by the CUSTOMER of the rates and these GCS.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     2.7. To be valid, this reservation must specify in particular the name of the MOBILE HOME chosen, the dates of the stay, as well as the agreed price, the terms of payment.

After receipt of the total amount or a first installment of the order, the CUSTOMER will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail or post, summarizing the contact details of Camping Les Flots Bleus, the name of the mobile home, the dates of stay, the identity of the tenants and the terms of payment.

Right of withdrawal: Camping Les Flots Bleus would like to remind you that under article L. 121-20-4-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure provided on a date or according to a determined periodicity. So that all orders placed by email, telephone, mail or directly with the MANAGER cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.

3 – ACCOMMODATION/PACKAGE DESCRIPTION: It is however specified that the photos and illustrations appearing in the description of the website are simply illustrative and do not enter into the contractual field.

 

4 – CONDITIONS OF STAY – INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF CAMPSITES: The customer must comply with the Internal Regulations of the campsite, which he will be able to read upon his arrival on the premises. The MANAGER declines all responsibility in the event of exclusion by the campsite of one of its customers, for failure to comply with the internal regulations. It is forbidden to exceed the maximum occupancy capacity provided for by type of accommodation. For obvious security reasons (possible evacuation of the campsite in the event of a weather alert) or health (hospitalization possible during the stay), minors unaccompanied by one of their legal administrators within the meaning of article 389 of the Civil Code, are not allowed.

 

 5 – CANCELLATION:

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     5.1. Any request to cancel the rental of a MOBILE HOME must be sent to Camping Les Flots Bleus by email or by post with A/R. The cancellation of the rental will result in the collection of at least the following costs:

• For any cancellation received more than 60 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be refunded less a deduction of €20 for administrative costs.

• For any cancellation received between 59 and 30 days before the date of the start of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded in order to cover the cancellation costs and as compensation for breach of contract + €20 administration costs.

• For any cancellation within 29 days, the balance is due and must be paid + €20 administration fee. You can take out cancellation insurance with the company of your choice.

In all cases of cancellation, the processing and management fees (20 €) will be retained by Camping Les Flots Bleus.

• cancellation in the event of a pandemic: In the event of total or partial closure of the campsite during the dates of the reserved stay (which is assimilated to a measure of total or partial prohibition of reception of the public, insofar as the CLIENT is directly concerned by application of this measure) decided by the public authorities, and which is not attributable to the campsite, the sums paid in advance by the CUSTOMER for the reservation of the stay will be reimbursed within a period 30 days.

Any modification or cancellation of the rental of a MOBILE HOME by Camping Les Flots Bleus, more than three (3) working days after the date of validation of the order will be indicated to the CLIENT without delay. The MANAGER undertakes to offer a replacement solution.

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     5.3. Any request from the CUSTOMER for modification, concerning the dates of a stay/type of accommodation already confirmed, results in the cancellation of the file with application of the costs according to point 5.1.         

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     5.4. For any other modification request, a fee of twenty-five euros will be applied.

 

6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: In accordance with article L.221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services.

 

7 - INSURANCE: 7.1. Camping Les Flots Bleus asks the CUSTOMER to take out CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. The CLIENT in rental accommodation must be insured for civil liability. A certificate of insurance will be requested from the Customer before the start of the stay.

8 - PRICE AND INVOICING: MOBILE HOME stays are sold at the prices in effect on the website at the time the order is placed, indicated in euros including tax, and taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Camping Les Flots Bleus reserves the right to modify the prices displayed on its website at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated to the CUSTOMER at the time of their order. Administration fees are applied per reservation up to twenty euros, unless otherwise stated on the site or exceptional discount.

9 - PAYMENT TERMS:

11 – DATA PROTECTION, IMAGE RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: the information collected during your reservation or via the form on our website is recorded in our campsite management software. This software is managed by the company 3D Ouest. This information and data is kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. The information and data are purely professional and used only at the level of SARL Camping Les Flots Bleus by the MANAGER and are never communicated to anyone. The CLIENT is informed of this automated processing of information during the contract.

The same applies to names, logos or more generally any graphic representation or text belonging to the Campsite and/or used and distributed by it.

12 - RESPONSIBILITY:

In the event of late arrival, or early departure, in relation to the dates mentioned on the invoice sent to the CLIENT, no refund will not be carried out, unless an insurance providing for it has been taken out by the CLIENT.
